These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ampliforge.io (the "Site") and any text messages you receive from Ampliforge, a brand operated by American Century Realty, LLC ("Ampliforge," "we," "us"). By using the Site or opting in to our text messages, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

Our services

The Site describes the automation and systems services Ampliforge offers to businesses. Any work we do for a client is governed by a separate written agreement or proposal. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement controls.

Text messaging terms

Program description. When you provide your mobile number to Ampliforge (for example, when booking a call or submitting a form) and agree to receive texts, you may receive messages about your inquiry, including appointment confirmations, reminders, follow-ups, and replies to your questions.

• Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and appointments.
• Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.
• To opt out, reply STOP to any message. You'll receive one confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt in again.
• For help, reply HELP or email [email protected].
• Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We handle your mobile number and consent as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Using the Site

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by:

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Site or our systems
• Interfering with the Site's operation or security
• Submitting false information or someone else's contact details without permission
• Using the Site for any unlawful purpose

Intellectual property

The Site's content, design, logo, and the names Ampliforge and Catch & Answer belong to American Century Realty, LLC. You may view and share the Site for personal or internal business purposes, but you may not copy, modify, or reuse its content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

No guarantees

The Site and its content are provided "as is" for general information. Descriptions of our services, such as response times and typical timelines, describe how our systems are designed to work; actual results vary by business. Statistics from third parties are cited to their original sources.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ampliforge is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or text messages. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim.

Links to other sites

The Site may link to third-party websites, such as scheduling tools. We aren't responsible for their content or practices.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
